½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons blsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar and olive oil together in a small bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings accordingly.
– Use red wine vinegar in place of balsamic vinegar.
