Designer Builds 96 Sq. Ft. Cabin to Avoid Building Permits

In order to avoid having to go through the annoying process of obtaining building permits, Finnish designer Robin Falck built his tiny getaway at just 96 square feet. His compact cabin miraculously features a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a beautiful loft space used for his bedroom. The large window lets in lots of natural light, and allows him to take in the gorgeous surrounding views of nature.

“The angle and size of the window gives the interior a lot of natural light, you can even admire the stars during the night… All the materials are local or recycled and carried to the spot by hand to keep the nature untouched.”
